Return Policy
We are constantly working to ensure that our valued customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the unforeseen event of a return of a purchase made directly from www.nutristat.com, each of the following criteria must be met:
- The product was delivered within the last 14 days.
- The product is unopened, the seal is intact, and in its original packaging.
- The packing slip or order confirmation email has been retained.
If the above conditions are not met, a return cannot be made.
If the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued to the method of payment used within 5 business days of receiving the return. The cost of shipping your original order is nonrefundable.
This policy is subject to change without notice. Nutristat, Inc., maintains the right to investigate any and all claims made to monitor the integrity of our customers.
Return Protocol
- At your shipping discretion, return your purchase along with the packing slip or order confirmation email to:

- Notify Nutristat, Inc., of your return by emailing orders@nutristat.com the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) returned
- Reason for return
- New tracking number
The above two step protocol must be followed for a return to be processed properly and thus a refund to be issued promptly. Nutristat, Inc., is not financially responsible for returned items that are lost or stolen in transit.
Changes to Ship-to Address
It is your responsibility as the purchaser to provide the correct ship-to address when the order is placed. A change to the ship-to address can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has shipped, Nutristat, Inc., is not responsible for the whereabouts of your order. Please contact the package carrier to recover your shipment if the address provided was incorrect.
Order Changes
We cannot make any changes to an order that has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped.
Order Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges.
Promotional Items
Promotional items including but not limited to apparel, shaker bottles and samples are final sale. They are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
Retailers
We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from our retailers. Please review the return policy of the store at which you purchased your product.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We have confidence in our carriers to deliver your order to you in an acceptable condition. If you have a concern that your order was damaged during transit, please email picture(s) of your order in the condition in which it arrived to orders@nutristat.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Nutristat, Inc., is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or stolen in transit. Please contact the package carrier with such concerns to file a claim.
